The Challenge

One of the touch points that marks a quality hotel is the consistency of its coffee, often taken for granted but seldom delivered.
It is usually a talking point, particularly when it is poor. This is something that we often struggled with here in the Absolute, the consistency of the product and delivery. We needed a better solution.

The coffee product itself, the brand, the hardware and the after-service and ongoing support make a real difference to what we serve, how we serve it and the customer experience.
