The Challenge

Provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate that is as delicious as the crepes and ice cream that this little parlor serves. The vision for this business is to become a destination in Donegal for all things sweet and tasty.

“Since opening in October of 2018, we have worked with Java Republic to supply us with superb coffee and tea that really works great alongside the ice creams and crepes that we offer. All of our food is freshly prepared on-site everyday and it is important to us that we can say the same about our coffee. The fact that Java Republic coffee is freshly hand-roasted in Ireland was a big appeal to us, along with the support and quality assurances they provide, which have not disappointed us”.
